MBI score ranged from zero to eighty excepting bladder and bowl subitems because of not enough informationThe changing degree of activity of daily living(ADL) performance ability before and after occu-pational therapy intervention were measured by paired t-test technique and the changing score among groups of age, peroid of treatment, MMSE total score were analyzed by using One-Way ANOVA technique

Results : First, MBI total score was improved 23.07¡¾19.92 than compare with 20.12¡¾20.34 before OT intervention(P<0.001). Also, All sub-items score of MBI were improved significantly, espe-cially locomotion(gait) was 5.52¡¾5.44(P<0.001), transfer to chair/bed was 4.59¡¾4.82(P<0.001), dressing upper and lower body was 3.27¡¾3.38(P<0.001), toileting was 3.24¡¾3.76(P<0.001).The higher MMSE score, the higher MBI score(p<0.001)

Conclusion : MBI total score and All sub-items score of MBI were improved after OT inter-vention compared with before intervention.
